Shipping Policy

Every GRAVTEX piece is made with intent, and we ship it the same way. This policy covers how and when your order reaches you.

Where we ship
We ship from Toronto, Canada, to Canada, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. If your country is not listed, email gravtex.to@gmail.com and we will tell you if we can ship there.

Processing time
Orders leave our studio within 1 to 3 business days of the drop opening or of your pre-made order, whichever is later. You get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times
All rates are in CAD. Delivery times start from the day your order is dispatched. Free shipping applies to the Standard or Economy option on orders over the amount shown. Express options are always charged at the rate shown.

Pre-order sizes & products

V1 Ghost Bracelet sizes 6.5" - 9" and any sold out products will still be able to purchase as a pre-order and ships in 2 to 10 weeks. If you order one with other pieces, your order ships together when the pre-order piece is ready, unless you ask us to send the rest first.

Duties, Taxes, and International Customs
We believe in a seamless shopping experience from our design studio to your doorstep. All international orders shipping outside of Canada are processed with absolute transparency regarding border fees.
Shipping to the United States
  • Orders Under $800 USD: Eligible shipments enter the United States entirely duty-free under standard U.S. Customs thresholds.


  • Orders Over $800 USD: For our luxury collections and high-value orders exceeding the $800 USD border threshold, all U.S. customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are 100% covered by us.
Zero Surprise Charges: We handle all customs documentation and prepay all border fees upfront. Your package will clear U.S. Customs seamlessly and deliver directly to your door with absolutely no additional bills, fees, or hidden collection costs upon arrival.
Other International Destinations
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, packages may be subject to local import duties and taxes administered by your country's customs authority. These local fees are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.


Lost or damaged in transit
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we will make it right.
