GRAVTEX (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a luxury streetwear brand based in Toronto, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Order details, including what you bought and any size or pre-order requests
Messages, photos, and invoices you send us when you contact us, start a return, or make a warranty claim
Your email address or phone number when you sign up to hear about drops and collections

Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, and the pages you view
Cookies and similar technologies, including one that remembers the currency you choose

What we do not collect: We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

To process, ship, and deliver your order, and to handle customs for international shipments
To manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and V1 Ghost Bracelet guarantee claims
To answer your messages and provide support
To send you updates about drops, collections, and offers, only if you have chosen to receive them

Email and text marketing
We only send marketing emails or texts with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, by replying STOP to any text, or by emailing gravtex.to@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop order and shipping messages.

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes our orders
Our payment processor, to take payment
Shipping carriers and customs authorities, to deliver your order
Email, SMS, analytics, and advertising tools [confirm which you use], to run our marketing and understand site traffic
Authorities or other parties when the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
