Please allow up to 2-5 weeks for production and shipping of your order. Any questions or updates regarding your order please submit a form on the Contact page.

All jewlery items are shipped within 4-10 weeks + plus the shipping option the customer chose.

- Processing Time: All orders are processed within  1–2 business days

- Shipping Time: Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are:

- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and chosen shipping method. Spend over $250 for free shipping worldwide

- Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to follow your shipment's progress. You can also track your order on our website under "Track My Order" tab

  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges


At Gravtex, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:


- Change of mind

- Incorrect size choice

- Product dissatisfaction

Damaged or Defective Items

- Photos of the damaged or defective product


If the item is found to be damaged or defective, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Order Modifications

Once your order has been placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely shipping. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. Please ensure all order details, including product selection and shipping information, are correct before finalizing your purchase.
