Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to pre-order purchases at GRAVTEX, such as V1 Ghost Bracelet sizes which ship in 2 to 10 weeks.

Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it is dispatched, and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

How to cancel
Email gravtex.to@gmail.com with your order number and the piece you want to cancel. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Orders with more than one piece
If your order includes a pre-order piece and other pieces, you can cancel the pre-order piece and keep the rest of the order. If you would rather have the rest sent first, tell us and we will ship it ahead of the pre-order piece.

After your order is dispatched
Once a pre-order piece has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. It is covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Shipping
Pre-order shipping times and rates follow our Shipping Policy. Delivery times start from the day your piece is dispatched.
